Troubleshooting
- "Couldn't fetch this video" — the link is private, deleted, or region-locked. ClipsSaver can only access public content. Make sure the video is public, then paste the link again.
- Wrong or missing audio — you may have pasted a profile or hashtag URL instead of a single video link. Open the specific TikTok, use Share → Copy link, and paste that.
- No download starts — the link is incomplete or has extra tracking text. Re-copy the full URL, and check your connection before retrying.
- Audio sounds low quality — ClipsSaver saves what the platform exposes; if TikTok serves a lower-bitrate track for that video, that's the best available.
- I need a video, not just sound — the MP3 tool outputs audio only. For the clip, use the TikTok Video Downloader.
